Genesis was trained at Elizabethtown College as a mezzo soprano and has studied classical and ragtime piano for 20 years. She achieved notable merits and scholarships for music excellence in her undergrad, has landed star roles in Broadway-style productions, has managed a 7-piece funk band, and has appeared live in concert nationally and internationally.

I've worked with world renowned vocal coaches, sang at Carnegie Hall, and played on various cds to raise money/awareness for charity projects.
