My name is Joe and I am an aspiring medical student who has been tutoring math and chemistry full-time for the past 18 months. I recieved my bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Rutgers University- New Brunswick and my Master's in Biomedical Science from Rutgers Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.

Hi! I'm Lydi, and I help 8th-12th graders getting C or D grades for algebra and calculus to understand their coursework better, so that it increases their chances of getting a much better grade (which brings their entire GPA up). I want to help you feel heard and supported. I'm an introverted artist who's also good at math (and loves teaching it!).

I'm an experienced math tutor with 9 nears experience teaching students individually and in classes. My specialty is SAT and ACT math, but I tutor all high school math courses also. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

I am a qualified and experienced mathematics instructor. As head of a Mathematics Department for 12 years, I have taught on many levels and with many types of learners. My expertise is with Algebra I, II, and Pre-Calculus. This includes Regents Exam Prep and practice assessments. I have experience teaching Calculus on both the high school and college level.
