I hold a BA in Guitar and an MA in Composition from BIMM Bristol. Over nearly 20 years of playing guitar, I built a performance career across the Bristol, Devon, and Somerset metal scene, playing in the bands Decollated (thrash metal), Voltane (doom metal), and Exaction (hardcore).

Hi! I'm Héctor, a professional guitarist and music educator from Mexico with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Planning and Development. For many years I've taught music in schools, given private lessons, and performed regularly as a live guitarist.

I am a professional musician. I have 38 years of experience in teaching, recording, and performing live. My area of expertise is the guitar. I have a wide range of familiarity in many genres including Rock, Jazz, Classical, and Country. I have taught all ages and levels of ability for over 3 decades.

From the time I wake up in the morning to the time I go to bed at night, I'm constantly passionate about music. Whether that's music I create on my own or getting the opportunity to help others learn a song they love for the first time, I love all of it!
