Adam was born in Atlanta, Ga, and raised by a musical family. His father was a professional Jazz pianist in the Atlanta club scene, and his mother attended college on a classical flute scholarship. As a child, he fell in love with music listening to the Beatles, Beach Boys, Bach, and Motown. Adam's father taught him basic piano and music theory while in Elementary school.

A former Berklee College of Music scholarship recipient, he spent his twenties playing bars and honing his craft in Miami, Florida, before moving to New York City in 2022.

I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor Diploma in Performance. There I focused on Jazz Performance but I had the opportunity to study many other styles including Flamenco, Blues, R & B/Neo-Soul and more.
