2023 and 2024 Saxophone teacher of the Year, 2025 Baritone Sax teacher of the Year I started playing music when I was I ten. I was awarded a partial scholarship to the University of Idaho's Lionel Hampton School of Music where I majored in Classical Saxophone Performance and won the Outstanding Jazz Soloist award (2004).

My name is Elena. I received my musical education in Ukraine and spent twelve years working as Principal Flute in the Philharmonic. After that, I won the audition for the National Opera Theatre, where I served as Principal Flute for five years. Later, I moved to Italy and continued my career as Principal Flute with the Orchestra Metropolitana Città di Bari.

I like to work within the Jazz and Brazilian music styles. Besides developing reading skills, improvisation theory and creativity, I stimulate students to learn by heart the repertoire. Every week we study a new tune, memorize it, improvise on it and analyze its melody an harmony.

I have been teaching for over 25 years and I have studied with Frank Kocman (student of Nilo Hovey), Larry Allen (student of Robert Bloom & Humbert Lucarelli), Hollis Ulaky (Principal Oboist of Charlotte Symphony Orchestra), and Amanda Hardy (Principal Oboist of Portland Symphony Orchestra- student of John Ferrillo).

Ms. O'Donnell is a private lesson teacher in Austin, TX, teaching beginners through adult. Her students are highly successful, often placing in the Middle School Region Band, and High School Area Bands. She teaches classical flute and Native American Flute lessons.

My name is Amy Logan and I am a 22 year old Passionate flute and piccolo student currently studying at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. I used to be a student at the royal conservatoire of Scotland junior department before beginning my degree which means I can teach all abilities, grades 1-8 and for people who want to develop a new hobby.

Bill McBirnie is an acclaimed and internationally recognized jazz and Latin flute specialist. He was solicited, personally, by Sir James Galway to serve as his Resident Jazz Flute Specialist. Bill is also author of the book, The Technique and Theory of Improvisation – A practical guide for flutists, doublers, and other instrumentalists.

Hello, My name is Pooyan Farzin, and I offer Flute, Traverso and Recorder lessons for beginners and advanced students of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults. I also provide music theory instruction. I have been working as a music teacher for 17 years as an instructor for beginner and professional flutists.

I graduated from The Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London in 2018, with a degree in Jazz performance (saxophone). I received a first class (honours) and 'Final Recital Diploma' and I'm now performing throughout Europe as a band leader for The Goodbye Look and Sam Knight Quintet and as a sideman in a variety of other projects and ensembles, ranging in genre.
