I have been playing guitar for 47 years and teaching for more than 40 years. My passion for music began at an early age while growing up in Terre Haute, Indiana. In 1980, I began studying guitar at The Conservatory of Music in my hometown, where I trained for four years before returning in 1986 as a guitar instructor at the very same studio where I had once been a student.

Hi, and welcome to my teaching profile :) Main subjects and instruments include electric guitar, bass guitar, acoustic guitar, ukulele, cajon, drumkit, music theory, improvisation, percussion, aural skills (ear training), eurythmics (internalizing rhythm), sight-reading, classical guitar and flamenco guitar. Lessons are fun, engaging, and educational.

Hello there! I am a guitarist of 18 years with much experience in bass, piano, songwriting, and singing! I’ve been playing in different bands, ensembles, and various groups ranging over genres such as CCM (contemporary Christian music), to rock, R&B, country, metal, and many others. As of early 2024, I graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston.

Hey There! Taylor Donskey is a music educator and multi-instrumentalist. He's been playing tunes and teaching kids, from 1 to 92, starting in 2013 and hasn't stopped since! Taylor graduated in 2013 with a Bachelors of Music from the University of Minnesota School of Music and a minor in Business Management from the Carlson School of Business.

I absolutely love teaching music! After over 20 years of teaching, performing, writing, and recording in all styles/genres, it continues to be a great adventure. It is a joy to pass this on to others...especially seeing my students that never touched the instrument going on to be very proficient players.

Gavin grew up in Snoqualmie, Washington and studied guitar with Davey French, guitarist of the rock band Everclear for 6+ plus years. At the age of 16, he started to play guitar in multiple cover bands while also participating in the Mount Si Band program. ​In 2012, Gavin began teaching private and group guitar classes at Big Star Studios in his hometown of Snoqualmie.

For over 33 years as a musician and 29 years as an educator for all grade levels and teachers alike, I have the experience of learning from my previous students and applying more efficient techniques to current and future ones. Much like my students, I work towards learning the most innovative techniques while foreseeing the trends of the future in music and education.

Hi I'm AJ, What I like to teach is all the basics (if your a beginner I got you), theory, getting around the fretboard, breaking down rhythm/lead and a lot about Hardcore music. I also do a little with other styles offering you just the basic insights though select riffs, licks and song form studies based on the styles of players like Jimi Hendrix (Red House style), Angus Young,…

The goal is to instill a love of music in each student and to develop a students maximum potential from paid performance to a student who plays for pleasure and enjoyment. Education and Training I started playing guitar when I was 12 years old, learning from a private teacher who really helped me fall in love with the instrument.Later on, I decided to study music more seriously and spent two years (2014 - 2016) taking music performance courses at the Tomsk Regional College of Culture and Arts (TGKSKTI).
