Hello! My name is Phil, and I’m a passionate music educator and performer with years of experience in teaching, band directing, and mentoring musicians of all ages. My background spans instrumental and vocal instruction, with several of my own albums released in the marketplace.

I’m a vocalist, guitarist, songwriter, and producer who has toured the world sharing the stage with renowned artists, recording/collaborating with legends of modern music. I am a professional classical guitarist, international recording artist, music educator, and musicologist currently residing in Hong Kong. I am a graduate in guitar performance from both the Conservatorio “G. B. Martini” (Bologna) and the Royal Academy of Music (London).

After graduating from Berklee in 1987 with a degree in Music Production & Engineering, I moved to NYC to help start the Sam Ash Music Institute. A year later, I moved to LA and began a 30+year career as a film and tv music composer, editor (Motion Picture Editors Guild), and audio engineer. My name is Justin Butler. I am 37 years old and I am from St. Louis, MO. I am a professional musician and music producer/audio engineer as well as a part time singer-songwriter. My two main instruments are the guitar and the drums, and I have been playing both for 24 years.

Sean has taught guitar and piano for the past 6 years and has performed for 17 years in the Maryland/DC area. He began his study of music at his high school and even worked with several Salisbury University teachers like Danielle Cummings while in high school. He is the second place winner of the 2009 Salisbury University Classical Guitar Competition.

I bring over 15 years of professional experience as a musician, writer, producer, and educator, with a strong foundation in both performance and mentorship. I began playing guitar at age 12 and quickly branched into other instruments, songwriting, and music production.
