There I focused on Jazz Performance but I had the opportunity to study many other styles including Flamenco, Blues, R & B/Neo-Soul and more. I started studying the guitar with local teachers at the age of 8. Upon graduation from high school I enrolled in The College of Mount Saint Josephs music program as a Classical Guitar Performance Major, also a Music Education Major. It was at this time that I first started teaching private lessons at a local music store.

I am a guitarist, composer, and educator with a career dedicated to performance, teaching, and musical creation. My academic background includes studies at Universidad El Bosque and a Master’s degree in Composition from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude. I've been teaching privately since 2012 and have experience teaching all age groups. I received my Bachelors degree in Audio Recording/Engineering with a minor in Jazz Performance and a Masters degree in Composition/Arranging. I create detailed lesson plans based on each student's individual needs and create a fun environment for each student to grow as a musician.
