Hello- I'm Shaina, a multi-award winning, classically trained , professional vocalist and performing artist. I've been a vocal coach for more than 18 years, and I find joy working with all levels, genders, and ages (8-96), and I teach all styles and genres-from musical theater to screamo.

I am a graduate of the Juilliard School, where I studied vocal performance. I have had the privilege of performing as a soloist at renowned venues such as the Kennedy Center, David Geffen Hall, The Harvard Club of New York, the US Capitol, Kaufman Music Center, etc. A memorable highlight of my career was singing for Clive Davis, Whitney Houston’s manager, on his 92nd birthday.

Romanian-American soprano, Dr. Raluca Marinescu began her musical journey at the age of five, studying piano extensively. She has performed numerous piano recitals in her native country as well as in England, Italy and Austria. Rhys Lovell is a theatre artist whose work has been seen throughout Central Illinois for the past 35 years. As an actor, he has appeared in dozens of productions at Heartland Theatre Company, Prairie Fire Theatre, the Illinois Shakespeare Festival, and the Evergreen Cemetery Walk, which he directed for six years.

Hello, my name is Siobhan. I am a passionate and versatile music teacher with over 25 years of teaching experience. I am dedicated to helping my students achieve their musical goals and enjoy watching them progress. My teaching career began at the age of 16 when I taught private violin lessons.

I am a classically trained multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and composer with over 15 years of teaching experience in music schools, high schools, and private instruction. Educated at London’s Trinity College of Music, I hold ABRSM Grade 8 certifications in singing, violin, and music theory, alongside advanced studies in piano and guitar.

I offer coaching in voice, piano and guitar for singers, and songwriting. I work from a holistic methodology, incorporating elements of theoretical knowledge, ear training, performance technique, body awareness, mindfulness, creativity, and improvisation into my coaching sessions.
