Born in Goiânia, he began his piano studies at the age of eighteen at the Lilian Music Center with the teacher Lilian Meire Silva and also with the renowned pianist Belkiss Spenciere from Goiás. Soon he started to stand out by obtaining awards in piano competitions in Brazil and abroad.

Ryan is a composer, author, pianist, music producer, and teacher. Ryan is the author of a music theory and composition textbook entitled The Theory and Creation of Music. He has won awards for his original music, such as his first place award for Best Original Film Score in the Montgomery County Film Festival in 2011.

Evan McPherson is a Central Texas-based guitarist, educator, and producer with over 20 years of experience helping students of all ages grow as musicians. He holds a Jazz Guitar Performance degree from Cornish College of the Arts and brings a deep understanding of theory, technique, and improvisation to every lesson.
