He went on to learn the accordion at ten, the piano at 12, MIDI and synthesizers at 15, the guitar at 30, and a long list of other exotic instruments along the way, completely by ear.

Hello and welcome! I have been teaching music full-time for more than 25 years. I have started and joined hundreds of students of all ages (5 to 75!) on their musical journey and have enjoyed every moment! I teach piano, clarinet, electronic keyboard, and music theory in Western Classical, Jazz, and Popular styles.

Sean has taught guitar and piano for the past 6 years and has performed for 17 years in the Maryland/DC area. He began his study of music at his high school and even worked with several Salisbury University teachers like Danielle Cummings while in high school.
