I'm a Jazz Pianist and a film score composer. I studied at the Center for Jazz Studies in Israel, performing with, and composing for ensembles throughout the country. Following my studies in Israel, I attended The California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) in Los Angeles to pursue my BFA in Jazz Piano.

If it's a good student who has the desire and time to practice along with talent, it challenges me to switch on all the power of his nature and make him shine the shortest way possible. If a student doesn't have time to practice I always work on new exercises that could make a difference right away during a lesson.

Ben Shanblatt is a guitarist, composer, and educator based in NYC. He has served as a sideman, session musician, touring guitarist, and bandleader in virtually all styles of contemporary music.
