Nate DeMaria is a classically trained violinist with a passion for improvisation and fiddle styles. Nate studied violin performance and string pedagogy at the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory under Dr. Julian Ross, and music education at SUNY Potsdam College, graduating with a B.A. in Music (2005).

Hi! I’m a passionate music educator with over 8 years of teaching experience—5 years in public schools and 3 years teaching private lessons. In 2021, I was honored as Teacher of the Year at my public school in Rhode Island. I teach voice, piano, ukulele, and drums, and I’m trained to teach the basics of all band and orchestra instruments.

I am a Juilliard trained violist and violinist, and I teach in order to share my love of music with as many people as I can! I teach music lessons and perform from the Boston area. Until recently I performed as second solo viola in the Opera Orchestra National Montpellier in France. I teach a studio of students ranging from complete beginners to pre-professionals.

Hi! I'm a multi-instrumental performer and singer-songwriter from North Carolina with over twenty years of playing experience. I'm also a passionate music educator with five years of experience teaching one-on-one lessons to people of many ages and interests!

My work focuses on helping people reconnect with their natural creativity through music. To say music is my life-long passion would be an understatement--from the first time I picked up an instrument at the age of 4, to getting my B.M. from The Cleveland Institute of Music and my M.M. from Peabody Conservatory (both in Viola Performance), to now teaching and performing full-time.

Lindsey received a doctorate in Music and Music Education from Columbia University's Teachers College. She has over 20-years of teaching experience with individual and group instruction, ages 3-50+. She finished her Masters in String Pedagogy and Performance at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
