Hello, my name is Craig Atkinson. I have been a drum teacher for 14 years and a performer for 19 years. I have personally taught over 700 pupils at some of South Africa's leading schools, including Crawford Preparatory Sandton and Dainfern College. Many of my pupils have now become full-time performers. I believe that a good teacher has a minimal drop out rate.

A professional musician with over 10 years of experience, I graduated in Music at FASCS in São Paulo, Brazil. In addition to numerous other courses and classes over the years, including the Bass Camp in 2017, led by the great musician and bassist Victor Wooten. Over the years, I have played different musical styles such as rock, blues, samba, funk, jazz, bossa nova, R&B, punk rock.

I am an award-winning composer and have produced seven CDs of my work, ranging from solo piano to symphonic pieces. Well hello there! My name is Alexander Nakarada, and I'm a Norwegian composer. I started playing the piano when I was 6, and the guitar when I was about 10. In my late teenage years I started with composing and digital music production. Haven't been able to stop since, and have been lucky enough to make this my full time job.

I have been on a life journey that allowed me to travel across the country lecturing, performing music, and teaching therapeutic art. I enjoy discovering how different communities support each other and grow together through the arts. I've been described as talented, funny, warm, loving and luminous. I truly love to teach children music.
