Hello! Thank you so much for visiting my profile! I was born and raised in Kentucky and fell in love with the trombone and music my freshman year of high school! I ended up deciding there was nothing that I was more passionate about and therefore elected to dedicate my life to music! My primary objective when teaching music is to fundamentally spread the love of music.

My experience as a musician, performer and brass tutor has developed a passion and personal commitment to three things: fostering a positive learning environment for students with various backgrounds, maximising individual student performance and developing student interest in different brass performance techniques as well as music theory knowledge growth.

I am a professional teacher, trumpeter and conductor who graduated from the Royal College of Music (2022) and The University of Edinburgh (2018), both with First class degrees. In the past year, I have worked with BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Czech Chamber Philharmonic, Bohuslav Martinů Philharmonic among others.

Hello, my name is Javon Washington. I am from Hopewell, Virginia. I started my music path since 7th grade. My first instrument was euphonium/baritone horn, which I've played from 7th grade to my freshman year in college. My second instrument was trombone where I have played from 10th grade to my 5th and final year in college.

I am a professional trombonist from Colombia with over 15 years of experience performing and teaching in both Latin America and the United States. I currently perform with The Orchestra of San Antonio (TOSA) as a bass trombone player and regularly substitute with the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra and other ensembles across the country.

I am a composer, trumpet player based in Athens, Greece. Even though I had mostly classical training, I ended up being attracted a lot by western European avant-garde, experimental music, electronic music as well as folk music of the Balkans. Born in 1979, I started my personal, musical journey with guitar and songwriting at an early age.

Hello my name is Jon Busch and I am a classical musician specializing in French horn, score reading/arranging, composition, Sibelius music notation, brass and more. I study with the previous Principal Horn of the New York Philharmonic, Philip Myers and hold a degree from NYU. I am active in the freelance market and on the audition trail worldwide.

Conrad Jones is the newly appointed associate principal trumpet of the Pittsburgh Symphony beginning in the 2024/25 season. Outside of Pittsburgh he has performed as guest principal trumpet with the Chicago Symphony, Philadelphia Orchestra, St. Louis Symphony, Toronto Symphony, and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.

Gerald Chavis is a distinguished trumpeter, educator, and composer with a multifaceted career spanning jazz, classical, and contemporary music. He attended Florida A&M University (FAMU), where he honed his musical skills and solidified his foundation in both performance and education.

New York City based trumpeter, Benje Daneman, was inspired at a young age by the stories of songwriters of all genres from folk to rock to pop. After falling in love with the world of jazz as a teen, it began to become very clear that his initial musical upbringing had merged with his newfound passion – setting the stage for a deep desire and pursuit to create clear stories and…
