As a Middle School Band director for 30 years, I learned how to get the best out of students. So many students learn poor habits that prevent them from enjoying the instrument. I am skilled at diagnosing the physical issues, but also very attuned to the social and emotional needs of students. I believe being a musician greatly enhances the enjoyment of life!

Hello current and future students! My name is Zach Garcia and I am a tuba, trombone, and euphonium/baritone teacher. I'm looking forward to getting to know you! As for me and my background, I first got interested in performing music when I joined my school band in the 6th grade as a tuba player.

Born and raised in the South East of England, I began learning the tuba at the age of 12. At 14, I won a scholarship to study as a Junior Exhibitioner at the Royal Academy of Music in London, where I studied with Paul Lawrence (London Philharmonic Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra).

Matt is a globally touring tubist, Army Musician, pianist, arranger, and composer, tuba instructor at 7-time world champions The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps, and is a leading proponent for the marriage of brass and electronics residing in Nashville, Tenn.

Seth Almond is a versatile trombonist who has experience in many musical ensembles. These include orchestral, concert band, brass quintet, jazz band, jazz combo, brass band, and Marine Corps Band settings. He also has a studio where he teaches trombone, euphonium, and tuba players. Seth is originally from Memphis, TN, but he grew up is the small college town of Auburn, AL.

Hello! Thank you so much for visiting my profile! I was born and raised in Kentucky and fell in love with the trombone and music my freshman year of high school! I ended up deciding there was nothing that I was more passionate about and therefore elected to dedicate my life to music! My primary objective when teaching music is to fundamentally spread the love of music.

Geno, life-long musician from Austin, Texas, grew up in the renowned 78704 zip code surrounded by some of Austin's most iconic musical legends like Rocky Erickson, Marcia Ball, and Jimmie and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Geno started playing piano and taking voice lessons at age seven and later attended Austin High School, playing tuba in band and orchestra.
