Learn from Great Cello Teachers

Hi there! My name is Eric, and I have spent the better part of the last 15 years learning, performing, and teaching the cello. At my peak, I had a studio of nearly 50 cello students through various schools and programs in the NY City area. I have since moved away and am trying to build an online studio so that I can reach and teach students worldwide!

I am a professional cellist, teacher and coach based in Vienna. As a performer, I regularly appear at major venues such as the Wiener Konzerthaus and Wiener Musikverein, have performed at international festivals alongside acclaimed artists such as Yo-Yo Ma and with my long-standing ensembles and orchestras, including the Oberton String Octet and the Tonkünstler Orchestra.

You will play the cello beautifully! Lessons with me will be based on your goals and your schedule. I can't wait to get you started! I have been playing the cello since I was 9 years old. I've played in many orchestras and chamber music ensembles throughout the U.S., Canada, Germany and Italy.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me! I had an interest in education at a young age. After heart surgery left me unable to participate in sports or recess in the fifth grade, I became a teacher’s assistant, and my love for teaching began to blossom. In the sixth grade, I began playing the viola. I went on to become viola section leader in high school.

Raquel Flores, originally from Porto Alegre, south of Brazil, has been studying music since she was eight years old. She currently has a degree in Music from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, has training in vocal pedagogy from FullVoice Studios.

Hello! My name is Maiia, I have been playing the cello for 10 years and have a lot of experience in solo performance, chamber music and in the orchestra. I study at the Maribor Conservatory of Music and Ballet and even though I'm a student myself and still learning, I can happily teach you a lot.

Hello! I'm a former Marine-turned-music teacher. I'm a graduate of Florida Southern College with a BME in Music Education, and a BA in music performance: Cello. I taught orchestra for 6 years at Auburndale High School. I've taught over 100 private students in Florida, Maine, Tennessee, and online since 2010. I can teach cello, violin, and ukulele.

I am a professional cellist and music educator with over 25 years of experience playing the cello and many years of teaching students of different ages and levels. I hold both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Cello Performance from State Conservatories of Classical Western Music.

Kyle Pearl is a professional cellist and composer who has actively taught cello lessons for the past eight years professionally, and studied cello performance and music theory and the Frost School of Music. He greatly enjoys teaching, and generally work best with late middle and high school students. He is extremely experienced in audition, competition, and performance preparation.
