I am a cellist, composer, and member of the world-renowned Rastrelli Cello Quartett. For over 25 years, I have performed on prestigious international stages including the Berliner Philharmonie, the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, and the Suntory Hall Tokyo.

I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Cello Performance at the Royal Academy of Music in London, within a highly demanding artistic and pedagogical environment, while also maintaining an active performance career in chamber music projects and professional contexts outside the academic setting.

I started playing violin at the age of eight and fell in love with music. I played in the Vermont Youth Orchestra. in high school and made some of my best friends that I still perform with! I decided to pursue music performance at the University of Vermont.

Hello! I'm Danijela, and I’m passionate about sharing the joy of music with others. I hold a Master’s degree from the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague and bring over a decade of teaching experience to my work as a private instructor and music school educator.

Brent Davis is a cellist in the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra and a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he received a B.A. in Music Performance with Highest Distinction. Brent was also a member of the Charlottesville Symphony, and regularly performed in several chamber ensembles, including Trio Sobrenna, the Jupiter Quartet, and the Radio Music Society.

Originally from Toledo, Ohio, I am currently based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

I have been teaching since 2006 and run an in-person lesson studio in Charlottesville, VA called Redbird Cello Studio, who purpose is to build a community of cellists who support each other and connect through the shared experience of learning and playing the cello. I teach students aged 5 and up, with my current youngest at 6 and oldest at 78.

I am a graduate of the Manhattan School of Music (BM, MM) with over two decades of experience teaching cello, beginning piano, and music theory. Member of the American String Teachers Association. Ages 4+ and beginners welcome! I specialize in teaching adults of all levels.

I am a dedicated and passionate teacher of the cello and of music in general. I believe that through the study of the cello, and of music, a student can develop the necessary skills required to master any complex task and achieve all of their goals in life. I have been performing in all styles of music as well as writing music in every genre.
