Lorenzo is a clarinetist with a rich background in orchestral and solo performances, gaining experience in prestigious musical institutions both in Italy and abroad. In 2025, he won the audition for the position of second clarinet at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, joining one of the most renowned opera and symphonic foundations in Italy.

Chad Smith has spent the last 25 years performing in prestigious orchestras, Broadway shows and recording sessions. Enjoying a bicoastal career in New York and Los Angeles Chad has appeared with the Metropolitan Opera, Philadelphia Orchestra and Los Angeles Philharmonic as a saxophonist and major motion pictures, Family Guy and American Dad as a bassoon doubler.

As a multi-instrumentalist, I bring a broad musical perspective to my teaching. My goal is to help students not only learn how to play their instrument, but also develop a deeper understanding of the music they are passionate about.

Born in Szombathely, Hungary My musical journey has begun in Takács Jenő Music School in Szentgotthárd, Hungary, from 2004 to 2010. Subsequently, I continued my studies at the Conservatory in Szombathely from 2011 to 2015. In pursuit of higher musical education, I embarked on a journey at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz. Under the mentorship of Prof.

Dr. Lauren Kinane (she/her) is a Long Island based clarinetist and educator. As a clarinetist she has performed with the Atlantic Wind Symphony, Sound Symphony Orchestra, the Stony Brook Contemporary Chamber Players, Pioneer Valley Symphony, the MezzoBlasto clarinet quartet, the UMass Amherst Faculty Winds, and the UMass Amherst Graduate Woodwind Quintet.

I am a lifetime musician and long-time private music instructor. I started teaching lessons in high school on the recommendation of my band director - before I could drive a car! I have 24+ years of experience in one-on-one instruction and have taught a broad range of students both in terms of age, experience, and background.

Joel Panas is the Clarinet Graduate Teaching Assistant at West Virginia University where he is currently pursuing the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Clarinet Performance. He also held the Clarinet Graduate Teaching Assistant appointment at Ohio University prior. He is an accomplished performer as a soloist, chamber musician, orchestral player, and wind band musician.

I have been teaching piano, strings, and band instruments (flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, bassoon, trumpet, trombone, and drums) for more than 30 years in the public schools as well as privately. I have instructed large groups and ensembles, as well as smaller musical groups in and out of the public schools.
