I began studying piano at the age of 7, developing a deep passion for music and the instrument. I hold a degree in Elementary Education, and after college, I transitioned into teaching piano. With 17 years of experience, I have taught students in diverse music settings, including group, private, online, and studio lessons.

My name is Negar Parsa, a music graduate and piano teacher with over 25 years of experience teaching piano, solfège, and music theory. For me, teaching music is not only about sharing knowledge, but also about inspiring students, bringing joy, and creating a deep connection with art.

I have winner award at Chestnut Piano competition in Kyiv, Ukraine in 2013, 2019 years My song "Ukraine-heart", was a winner at Strong Ukraine social competition in 2009.

Hello, I’m Jay, a full-time piano educator and co-founder of SGMusicians. My musical journey began at the age of 4 through the Yamaha Junior Music Course, where I developed strong aural skills and the ability to play by ear. I went on to achieve ABRSM Grade 8 in Piano and Music Theory, both with Distinction, and was later awarded the LTCL in Piano Performance with Distinction.

Jack Schabert is a Twin Cities based drummer, composer, and educator. He performs professionally around the metro area with various jazz groups, and is an Instructor of Percussion, Piano, Drum Set, and Jazz Studies at Opus Music Academy. Jack is pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Instrumental Music Education at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.

Melanie's love for the piano began early in life. As she studied piano more intensively, she realized that teaching was her true passion. Since then, Melanie has devoted herself to piano pedagogy. Melanie received a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance with a concentration in Pedagogy from SUNY Fredonia.
