Over time, I progressed to national ensembles like the National Youth Orchestra, National Youth Orchestra Wales, and the National Youth Brass Band of Wales.

Seth Almond is a versatile trombonist who has experience in many musical ensembles. These include orchestral, concert band, brass quintet, jazz band, jazz combo, brass band, and Marine Corps Band settings. He also has a studio where he teaches trombone, euphonium, and tuba players. I am an Illinois Certified Music Educator of 18 years in public school. I currently teach at Carbondale Middle School in Illinois. My expertise is with beginning instrumental music through high school. While my specialty is woodwinds, particularly saxophone, I am competent in playing and teaching all band instruments.
