Learn from Great Music Theory Teachers

Music teaching has been my passion for 50 years. I love seeing students develop in their confidence, skill, and problem-solving ability. Since retiring from playing violin in professional orchestras, music teaching has been my focus, with students age 4 to 84.

I am a classically-trained harpist and pianist who has been teaching exclusively online since 2016. With over a decade of piano teaching experience, I am passionate about teaching adult piano students. With over a 25 + of teaching experience, I am passionate about teaching and I believe it is never too late to get started.

I'm an enthusiastic, passionate teacher who appreciates the uniqueness and originality of any interested student. I've been teaching private lessons and running clinics for fifteen years, teaching a multitude of genres. I make it a priority to cater lessons to the interests of each individual student. I work with students ages seven to adult.

Victor Hugo Rodrigues is a pianist and teacher, holding a bachelor’s degree in Piano from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). He began his piano studies at the age of seven and has since dedicated himself to technical and artistic development, becoming a versatile and experienced musician. During his academic training, he was mentored by renowned professors such as Dr.

Claudia Lee Horna is a violinist and media (film, TV and video game) composer. She attended the acclaimed Berklee College of Music with a scholarship and recently graduated with a degree in Film Scoring and a minor in American Roots Music. Hailing from Peru, Claudia began her musical journey on the violin at a young age.

Woody is a guitarist, producer, and singer-songwriter from Potsdam, New York. He is a teaching artist at the Swedesboro Performing Arts Academy in Swedesboro, New Jersey, and teaches in Westchester County New York, Bucks County Pennsylvania, and New Jersey as an instructor for Westchester Home Music, Musika, and Scarsdale Strings.

Erika Friedman holds education and performance degrees from Ithaca College (B.M. in Music Education and Saxophone Performance) and New Jersey City University (M.M. in Multiple Woodwind Performance). She has taught private music lessons to beginner and advanced students for over 15 years.

Hi, I’m Tyler — a professional guitarist and worship leader with over 26 years of playing experience and formal training from Berklee College of Music. I currently serve on staff at Chapel Roswell, where I play weekly in a live band environment using click tracks, stems, and full production setups.

Mary Jewell’s love of music began at the age of 5, when her father gave her lessons on the accordion. The piano followed at the age of 6, and many other interests came later including the clarinet, guitar, bass guitar, and bassoon.
