I have been teaching music privately for almost 20 years and have taught students from the age 4 to 70. I earned my degree from Aichi University of the Arts.I specialized in music composition and jazz piano performance. After graduating, I taught composition, solfege, and music theory at the Nagoya University of the Arts for about five years.

I am a musician and music teacher with more than 20 years of experience. As my parents worked in the music industry I grew up around music and showed interest in it at a very young age. I studied piano and cello at the historic Liceu Conservatory in Barcelona. After completing my piano diploma I took interest in modern music and I studied harmony and arrangements in jazz.

After heart surgery left me unable to participate in sports or recess in the fifth grade, I became a teacher’s assistant, and my love for teaching began to blossom. In the sixth grade, I began playing the viola. I went on to become viola section leader in high school.

I have been performing and teaching music for many years in a variety of situations and trained at the Royal Academy of Music (London) and King's College. As a wind player (Clarinet, Saxophone, Flute and Recorder) I perform regularly in orchestras as a soloist and orchestral player and my piano skills are used as an accompanist.
