I've been playing the violin/fiddle for 35 years, originally studying violin performance at Marywood University before beginning the gradual switch from classical violin to fiddle. Most recently, I've played professionally in a three times Grammy-nominated band from Taiwan: The Muddy Basin Ramblers.

Michael Bulaw is a musician/DJ/producer/audio engineer. He majored in music performance at Columbia College Chicago and has been gigging as a performer around the country playing a wide variety of genres while learning music production and sound design. Michael Has over a decade of teaching experience.

I am a professional guitarist, composer, and conductor with over 20 years of experience in performance, education, and creative direction. My formal education includes studies at several leading conservatories in Russia and Europe. I began at the Lyceum of the Rostov State Conservatory, where I studied classical guitar under Associate Professor Y.G. Likhachev.

I've completed two master degrees (violin and chamber music) on the prestigious Kunstuniversität in Graz, Austria. During my studies I performed mostly classical music, but also film and pop/rock, as a soloist and part of chamber music groups and orchestras. Hi violinists! I am excited to starting or continuing your musical journey with you. As a classical and experimental violinist, I look back at many years of teaching and playing music with all kinds of musicians all over the globe.

I started my violin lesson at age 5 and I was so fortunate because my violin teacher lived just next door so he was constantly monitoring my practice whenever he’s home, and I had lessons almost every other day! I made my first public solo performance at age 8 in Shanghai, China and I began to teach my own violin student at age 14.

A five-time national fiddle champion, Celeste Johnson has over a decade of teaching experience with folks of all ages and levels, including first-time players, adult learners, and experienced musicians. As a teacher, her mission is to pass on traditional fiddle styles and make them accessible to people of all ages and experience levels.

I am a professional violinist and educator with over 10 years of teaching experience, and I hold advanced degrees in violin performance from the University of Michigan. I currently perform as a chamber musician and orchestral violinist and am a member of the Lansing Symphony Orchestra.
