Hi! I’m Diany López, and I’m originally from beautiful Costa Rica. My musical journey began when I was just a child, holding a violin that would eventually lead me to a lifelong passion. Today, I’m a certified Viola and Violin teacher through the University of Northwestern, with degrees in Violin Performance and Psychology.

I am a professional musician and dedicated educator offering personalized music instruction in piano, flute, and violin. Based in New York, I have been teaching private lessons both in person and online since 1993. I work with students of all ages and skill levels—including beginners, college-bound musicians, adults, and retirees—helping each one grow in confidence and ability.

I began my journey at the age of 5 under my grandfather, Pt. Guru Prasad Sharma(Music Composer, All India Radio), a direct disciple of Pt. Joi Srivastava of prestigious Senia Gharana .

Violist, Conor McAvinue is currently based in Baltimore, Maryland studying with Choong-Jin Chang at Peabody Conservatory. Prior to Peabody, Conor received a master's degree at the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University with James Dunham and a bachelor's degree at San Francisco Conservatory of Music with Dimitri Murrath and Jonathan Vinocour.

I am a violinist and educator based in Barcelona, Spain, with extensive experience as a performer and teacher across leading conservatories, music schools, and orchestras in Europe. I hold a Master of Music degree in Violin Performance from Oklahoma City University, where I graduated with Dean’s List Honors and Honor Graduate recognition. I also completed doctoral-level studies in Violin Performance at the University of Houston. As an educator, I have taught orchestra, choir, classroom music, and violin in both China and the United States.

With 20 years of teaching experience, I have worked with students of all ages, from young children to adults, and strives to make each lesson both enjoyable and educational. I have graduated from the Salzburg Mozarteum, and currently working in the Tiroler Symphonieorchester Innsbruck. No matter your interests, I'm here to help you achieve your musical goals.

I was born on February 14, 1997, in Subotica, where my musical talent was discovered when I was in kindergarten, so I attended a music kindergarten. During my elementary school years, I began my music studies at the Subotica Music School and participated in numerous violin competitions throughout the country (Sremska Mitrovica, Beograd), mostly winning first or second place.

I have 15 years of experience as a violinist. I have recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stetson University as a Music Performance Major. During my time in college I performed at the Weill Recital Hall at the prestigious Carnegie Hall in New York as winner of the "Stetson at Carnegie Hall" competition in 2022 and 2023.
