Hello! I'm Ryan W. Tedder, originally from Tulsa, OK, and now based in Chicago, IL, where I've lived for over a decade. My musical journey began at a young age, inspired by my uncle, a Grammy-winning classical bassoonist. He gifted me a clarinet, sparking my lifelong passion for music.

James Heaton is an experienced trumpeter, conductor and arranger based in Leeds. Trumpeter Luise Heyerhoff is an active presence in the music scene in Toronto and southern Ontario. She regularly performs with groups such as the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, Canadian Opera Company Orchestra, National Arts Centre Orchestra, and Hamilton Philharmonic. In the fall of 2016, Luise performed as part of Adele's North American tour in Montreal and Toronto.

With over 15 years of experience as a dedicated music educator and director, I have cultivated a diverse career teaching K-12 music, conducting university bands, and providing private instruction in piano and wind instruments. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education (Music) from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

I'm an advanced classical trumpet player with world-class training from McGill University, California Institute of the Arts, and specific university-level teaching training from the University of Oregon. Gavin Ard is a freelance trumpet player, teacher, and composer/arranger based in the NYC area. A recent graduate of the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre, and Dance (SMTD), and holds two Master of Music Degrees; one in trumpet performance and the other in jazz composition/arranging.

Kelly Pratt is a seasoned musician, composer, and educator with years of experience teaching students of all levels—from young beginners to advanced musicians. He has taught at the University of North Carolina and worked one-on-one with students across the world, tailoring lessons to help each individual develop both technical skill and creative confidence.

Xin He is a third-year Horn Fellow at the New World Symphony. Based primarily in Miami, FL, Xin has performed extensively throughout the U.S., having spent summers at the Spoleto Festival, Tanglewood Music Center, National Repertory Orchestra, Sarasota Music Festival and the National Orchestral Institute + Festival. She was also a fellow at the New York String Orchestra Seminar.

Current Principal Trumpet of the Pittsburgh Opera. Former professor of trumpet at Arkansas State University and member of the United States Air Force Band, Washington DC.
