I've been playing the electric bass and upright bass for over 10 years. I first began my journey in high school, when I first picked up the electric bass in strings class. I soon fell in love with playing many different styles of music including rock, blues, jazz, and classical.

I am portuguese double bass player currently working with Brussels Philharmonic, in Belgium (Central European Time Zone - CET) and teaching at The International School of Brussels. I have a Bachelor in Music and a Master in Music Teaching (ESML, Lisbon), a Master in Musik (HfMT, Hamburg) and I was an Akademist in the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchester (2015-2017).

Matt Booth is a bassist, composer, and educator based in New Orleans. Over the last decade, he has worked continuously in a wide range of groups and in various musical styles, both in the city and around the country. Presently, he is a co-leader of the piano trio Extended, leads his own group Palindromes, as well as the guitar trio Some Antics.
