Hello, and thank you for visiting my page! I've been a professional bassist in the northeast of USA for over 15 years. I've performed with broadway tours, internationally celebrated and touring rock & indie bands alike, and have produced musicians and artists of all types of genres.

I help students who need help due to the struggles they go through with their instruments. I love teaching private lessons because I believe in spreading the word to make the great gift of playing music available to many. I started teaching with the company Take Lessons in August 2011. Hi there! I’m Michael Lanier, and I love teaching music! I'm a lifelong musician of multiple instruments, and I've been teaching since 2013. I hold a bachelor's degree in music, and a master's degree in music education. I teach a variety of instruments, both common and obscure, across a diverse array of styles and genres.

Johnny Calamari (August 9th, 1975) is an American musician and songwriter, best known for playing the bass in various bluegrass, roots, and rock bands. Johnny was born and raised in Waynesboro Pennsylvania, a small Appalachia town near Gettysburg Pennsylvania, the site of the famous Civil War battle.

Hello! I have been teaching private lessons since the fall of 2006, and it's a true joy for me. I am a a multi-faceted bassist, active in a mixture of genres and ensembles. I have experience playing in orchestras, jazz ensembles, rock, funk, and blues bands, and am active as a composer and conductor as well.

Doug Byrkit hailing from St. Louis MO is a singer/songwriter with the national recording artist group “Odds Lane” and the current touring/recording bassist for the International Blues Award winning artist "Mike Zito". Doug graduated from Southern IL University with both a BA and Master’s Degree in Music Performance.

Walker Teret is a multi-instrumentalist and producer from Baltimore, MD. He has appeared on stage in 21 countries alongside an impressive list of artists including The Gene Clark No Other Band (with members of Beach House, Fleet Foxes, The Walkmen, and Wye Oak), Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, MATMOS, Lower Dens, Cass McCombs, Scarlett Johansson, Zane Campbell, and many more.

I am excited to begin teaching online bass students. I have performance experience as a Carnival Cruise Lines musician. Teaching is also something that excites me.
