In 2003, I took my first glass beadmaking class with Marjorie Langston, having no idea that it would change my life. I fell in love with the art form immediately, both the beauty of the work as well as the technical aspects. I was fortunate to be introduced to a huge circle of amazing glass artists and to have the chance to learn with them.

Beth Collier has been spinning and felting for over 20 years. Beth does a variety of fiber arts including felting, spinning and bobbin lace. Her business, The Little Shop of Fibers sells Kromski Products, felting supplies, bobbin lace supplies and Shetland wool and yarn. When not spinning or felting she enjoys gardening and her grandchildren.

A weaver since 1998, Denise Kovnat has taught virtually and at conferences and guilds across the United States, Canada, and Australia. She focuses on parallel threadings, collapse techniques, painted warps, and deflected doubleweave. In 2022, she published a book on collapse techniques, Weaving Outside the Box: 12 Projects for Creating Dimensional Cloth.

Lindsey received a doctorate in Music and Music Education from Columbia University's Teachers College. She has over 20-years of teaching experience with individual and group instruction, ages 3-50+. She finished her Masters in String Pedagogy and Performance at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Hi everyone I’m Lisa Lamb, This is my 2nd year teaching at SAFF. I’m a long time knitter who’s been teaching knitting on a 1 to 1 basis for oh 20+ years now, and branched out of my comfort zone almost 3 years ago when I was asked to teach at my guilds Knit Inn. I really enjoyed the experience and I look forward to our Knit Inn even more now.
