I have been playing the cello for over 25 years. I am willing to teach beginning students of any age that have the will and motivation to study and perform on the cello. Leigh Stuart is a versatile cellist who thrives on performing music from a wide range of styles and genres. She has toured the U.S. extensively as a chamber musician, performing in venues such as Alice Tully Hall, Carnegie Hall, the Deer Valley Music Festival, the Library of Congress, the Lied Center of Kansas, the Philadelphia Chamber Music Society, and countless others.

Soloist, chamber musician, and first cellist of many chamber orchestras. I teach cello to students of all experience levels, beginner to pro. I teach the entire cello repertoire. In addition to my work as a soloist and chamber musician, I have taught cello continuously since 1986. My cello students have gone on to participate in prestigious music programs such as Interlochen.

CURRENTLY NOT TAKING MORE STUDENTS I am a 27 year old musician who is originally from Long Island, NY,and is currently living in Boston, MA. I received my Masters in Music Theory at Boston University and I graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelors degree in Music Composition and Technology.

With over a decade of experience in music education, I've pursued both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Teaching and Performing Arts (Cello) from the esteemed Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan, graduating as an honor student. As the former Principal Committee member at Hamazkayin Music School, I oversaw the school's operations and contributed to its growth and success.

Catherine Bent has brought her cello artistry to Cirque du Soleil, Enya, Joe Jackson, A.R. Rahman, Greg Osby, Lee Konitz, Patty Larkin, Donna Summer, Rod Stewart, Kanye West, Lil Buck, Merce Cunningham Dance, as well as classical orchestras, commercials, and Broadway shows. Catherine is an Associate Professor at Berklee College of Music. She holds a B.A.

After completing her musical education, Eunice has committed to dedicating her life to educating and developing the next generation of classical musicians. She is currently a teaching artist for the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra's Crescendo Education Program, where she teaches cello at the Josiah Quincy Orchestra program.

My first musical studies took place at different institutions such as the Simon Bolivar Conservatory of Music in Caracas, Venezuela, the National System of Orchestras and Youth and Children's Choirs of Venezuela where I joined the National Symphony Orchestra for Children and Youth of Venezuela and with which I toured nationally and internationally.
