Hi! My name is Kyle I started my musical journey playing in church from a young age, which opened doors for me to perform alongside various artists and groups such as Asia Beat, Yuna, Bunga Citra Lestari, Talitha, Claudia Tan, and Lost Spaces.

I am a GRAMMY Nominated educator, trumpeter, guitarist, bassist, pianist, singer/songwriter, composer/arranger, drummer and recording artist. I graduated from University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor’s of Arts with a concentration in Jazz Studies and the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music with a Master’s in Jazz Studies, specifically in trumpet.

I am a multi-instrumentalist, composer and educator. I have performed professionally since 1993, with over 3,000 professional engagements since then as drummer, jazz vibraphonist, orchestral/theater percussionist, and even some guitar and bass. From 1999 until 2010 I averaged over 150 gigs a year, typically with dozens of bandleaders and contractors in a single year.

Welcome to the world of drumming with Windsor! I am a highly-skilled, experienced drumming professional with a proven track record in both performance and education. I have helped countless students of all ages and skill levels develop their drumming skills and achieve their musical goals.

Born in Quito, Ecuador, Zak was nourished in a home surrounded by art. His mother was a painter and sculptor and his father, a musician. At a very early age, Zak showed enormous passion for percussion and singing. This led him to become a self taught musician, singing in choirs and playing drums for rock bands of the musical scene of Ecuador as a teenager.

It's hard to put into words how much music means to me. I am sure I am not the only one that feels this way. I fell in love with the drums at a very young age and truly never looked back. To this day, there is nothing quite like sitting behind a kit and creating music.

Dr. Matthew Mailman is Professor of Conducting in the Wanda L. Bass School of Music at Oklahoma City University, a position he has held since 1995. Dr. Mailman has had extensive and diverse experience conducting operas, musicals, orchestras, bands, choirs, and chamber music.
