For the last ten years I have been touring across the US and abroad with rock and pop artists, fronting my own band on many a New York City stage, playing guitar for several Broadway musicals, and sharing my passion and knowledge with students all along the way.

I am a violinist, composer, and harpsichordist. I started started playing violin at the age of 4 with the Suzuki method. I transitioned to Celtic music, then Scandinavian, and learned to play the Hardanger fiddle. At university I played in the St Andrews Baroque Orchestra and now play the Baroque violin. I also play harpsichord, having studied with Linda Burman-Hall.

Merlyn Kelly is a professional bassist from Los Angeles, now based in Tokyo, with extensive international touring and recording experience. Skilled in electric, upright, and synth bass, he has performed in over 30 countries across genres including pop, rock, hip-hop, jazz, and more.
