Hi there! I'm a dedicated music teacher with several years of experience helping students of all ages discover their confidence and creativity through music. I teach piano, guitar, violin, ukulele, and drums, and I genuinely enjoy watching each student grow from their very first notes to performing complete pieces with ease.

I’ve been playing drumset professionally and teaching private drum lessons for over 15 years. Proficient in all styles, I’ve performed in everything from rock cover bands and big band jazz to funk and Latin ensembles. My career has taken me to cities including New Orleans, Dallas, Atlanta, and across Mexico, where for the past five years I’ve been gigging full-time along the coast.

James began his drumming career in the late 1980s in the San Francisco Bay Area, performing with an artist formerly of Wild Cherry (“Play That Funky Music”). The pop/funk project served as his launchpad into professional music, leading to multiple records and an active live performance schedule.

Hi, I’m Ivar Stoiev, a professional drummer and passionate music educator based in Canada. I’ve been playing drums since 2004 and have performed with multiple rock bands in Ukraine, including recording a studio album “Як діти” (2020) with TOBI. I also took part in major Ukrainian music festivals such as Smila Rock Fest and Rock Sea (Odessa).

I am a classically trained total percussionist. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Fayetteville State University and a Master's Degree in Music Performance from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). I'm a professional drummer with almost 10 years of experience on this instrument. I attended Humber College's Bachelor of Music program and had the opportunity to learn from Larnell Lewis (worked with Snarky Puppy, Quincy Jones, Jacob Collier), Paul DeLong (worked with Kim Mitchell), Mark Kelso (worked with Herbie Hancock, Michael Buble, Chaka Khan), and many other great musicians.

Award winning tabla player, composer and teacher Ritesh Das was born in Kolkata, India to parents Nrityacharya Prohlad Das and Smt. Nilima Das. He is the brother of the late kathak dancer, Pandit Chitresh Das. His parents had a music and dance academy, Nritya Bharati, the first of its kind in Kolkata after the Independence of India.
