Shannon Cheong is a New York based Singer, Actor, Dancer, and Teaching Artist. Fresh out of his first national tour, Shannon is excited to be teaching the newer generation of performing artists. Inspiring them to create and to inform through the arts; whilst still working and auditioning as a professional actor in the city.

I graduated with a degree in Pop/Jazz Singing from the Jyväskylä Conservatory (Finland) in 2012. Subsequently, in 2016, I attended the Vocal Academy at the Complete Vocal Institute (CVT) in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a performer, I was successful on the television program The Voice of Finland All Stars in 2021 and have toured with various bands and projects.

I have a Bachelor of arts degree with a focus on interdiscplinary music studies at Berklee College of Music. I previously studied at Grand Rapids Community College Music Department for music performance and education.
