When I started learning the violin in school at 10 years old, I fell in love. I completed a Bachelor of Music in Music Education degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2012. I also graduated with a Master of Music in Music Education degree from the same school in 2016.

I have been giving private, one on one instrumental lessons for over 50 years and love what I do! I am very relaxed, easy to get along with, love to laugh and have fun!

I believe that every individual learns music skills differently. As a teacher I seek to design lessons that provide each student with the opportunities to grow in a creative and enjoyable way. Providing a customized schedule for each student is essential for engaging and encouraging musical growth.

My name is Arion and I am a Conservatory-trained Classical violinist with a degree in Violin Performance, professional experience in orchestra, Chamber music as well as in teaching at various levels. I received my Bachelor's degree in Classical Music back in 2025 with a specialization in Violin Performance.

Kelly began studying violin at age four through the Suzuki Method. At age 18, she moved to New York City and made a living primarily as a street performer, playing jazz standards in the Subway and Central Park. She began studying jazz violin at The New School for Contemporary Music, and performing weekly in a string trio in Atlantic City’s casinos.
