Learn from Great Violin Teachers

Greetings musical friends! I have been enjoying playing the violin since I was 7 years old. I grew up playing in the Oceanside School District Orchestras as well as in the Civic Youth Orchestra at Palomar College while I was in high school. I have learned several instruments over the years. However, Violin is my favorite. I call it my heart instrument.

Lauren Shriver is a passionate and dedicated music educator with over a decade of experience teaching private piano, voice, and violin lessons. Since 2015, she has helped students of all ages and backgrounds discover the joy of making music, with a special love for working with beginners.

Gina received her Masters Degree in Viola Performance from Hopkins University. She has studied and worked with Roberto Diaz, Mick Wetzel, Peter Marsh and Michelle LaCourse. Gina can be heard and seen in numerous TV, recording and Film projects that include United Airlines, Apple TV, the TV series “Fargo” and The Alan Parsons Project to name a few.

I recently graduated from the Eastman School of Music with a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance. I have been playing the violin for 18 years as well as the piano for 15 years. I had a couple opportunities to teach a group of elementary kids as well as a single experience of giving an individual lesson a couple years ago.
