Hello, I'm Hyeji (Julia), a professional violinist and dedicated teacher. My goal is to help you build a strong technical foundation while discovering your unique musical voice and deepening your love for music. I am passionate about helping students of all levels build confidence and develop a genuine love of learning.

Suzuki student turned parent and teacher. My passion is in helping young children to develop a love for music and to develop life skills by learning to play violin. I started violin at the age of 3 and continued into college, completing all 10 Suzuki violin books and participating in orchestras and chamber groups along the way.

Heather received her Bachelor of Music in Viola Performance from Valparaiso University and her master’s degree in Viola Performance from The Hartt School of Music. She is a registered Suzuki Violin teacher and has completed training courses with Edward Kreitman, Nancy Jackson, Doris Preucil, and Teri Einfeldt.

Internationally trained violinist Vlad Evstafiev graduated from Indiana University, Jacobs School of Music in 2018 with a Performer Diploma in Violin Performance studying with Austin Hartman, a member of the Pacifica Quartet. Hi! I'm a multi-instrumental performer and singer-songwriter from North Carolina with over twenty years of playing experience. I'm also a passionate music educator with five years of experience teaching one-on-one lessons to people of many ages and interests!

I am a young and passionate violinist that studied with Prof. Boris Kuschnir, the teacher of Maria Duenas and from him I have learned to build the technical framework of playing the violin and to put everything I feel into the most beautiful sound. With over 25 years of teaching and performance experience, I am passionate about fostering musical growth and personal development through violin and string education. I hold a Master of Music in Violin Performance from the prestigious Rotterdam Conservatory (2001) and a Bachelor of Music from the Sweelinck Conservatory in Amsterdam (1999).
