Zen and the Art of Supported Spindle Selection

About Zen and the Art of Supported Spindle Selection

Struggling to learn supported spinning? Your spindle might be to blame.
This class will use examples from TJ’s curated collection of supported spindles and bowls to highlight features to help students understand which options are best for them and the yarn they want to spin. Topics covered will include: spindle length & weight; spindle shape; flicking tips and spinning tips; and how spindles interact with different bowls. The show & tell format will help save spinners time, money and frustration by knowing what to shop for—or avoid—when choosing a supported spindle.
NOTE: You will not be spinning on a spindle in this class.
