One Hand-Dyed Braid, Five Tool-Free Preparations with Kate Larson

About One Hand-Dyed Braid, Five Tool-Free Preparations with Kate Larson

Most of us spinners have fallen in love with a handpainted braid with gorgeous flowing colors, brought it home, and then worried about how best to spin it. Join Kate as we cover five different ways to prepare, reconfigure, and reimagine our handpainted combed tops using only our hands. No handcards or drumcarders needed! The class session will focus on fiber preparation, and Kate will show examples of finished yarns and share yarn construction recipes to help you plan your own roadmap for the braids in your stash.

Supplies, Equipment & Materials Needed for Class

Kate is happy to answer questions before class about materials!
