Look no further for a "Tree-mendous" way to get festive! We’ll guide you through the "tree-building" process, string up some tiny lights, and—the best part—add those signature curly locks for a beard that would make Santa jealous. No experience? No problem! We’ll have you felting like a pro in no time.
Start thinking of a great name for your special gnome... will yours be a suave Fir-nando, a dapper Cedar-ick, or perhaps the legendary Spruce Willis?
The capacity for this class is 25 students.

What skills or knowledge do students need to take this workshop?
Students will learn basic needle felting skills and how to create a 3-D sculpture. In addition to basic skills, we will explore the special qualities of wool and other fibers, and more advanced skills such as blending colors, layering, and more.

Alesia started her fiber odyssey over two decades ago with a couple of sheep and a passion to learn more. The sheep patiently taught her much about life, farming and fiber! She now lives on a small farm in Youngsville, NC with her husband and son and together they shepherd a very eclectic flock of award-winning sheep.
