Nuno Felting Landscape with Merino/Silk
***This workshop is open to All levels (Age 10 & up) to follow the step-by-step instruction ***
Fiber artist Cecilia Ho will demonstrate how to combine Merino wool and silk chiffon fabric together to make a seamless piece of fabric by Nuno Felting Technique. The result of this nuno felted wool painting will be translucent which is different from other solid wet felting or needle felting techniques. Students will mix and blend various NZ Corriedale, as well as NZ Merino Wool & Mulberry Silk for this wool painting. Once the wool painting is done, you can bring it home to frame in a shadow box or sew onto any textile materials. Instagram #FELTasticNunoFelting
The capacity for this class is 12 students.

Towel to cover table & Bring a seat cushion for better seating height.

Your class registration fee includes materials with a value of $45 consisting of:
Ashford NZ Corriedale wool, Merino Wool/Mulberry silk, Silk Chiffon fabric

Cecilia Ho of Greenville, SC, was born into a family of designers in Hong Kong. Since 2013, Cecilia relocated to South Carolina from Canada, and has taught thousands of students through one-one-one private & group felting workshops.
