Edges Bordering on Perfection: An Introduction to Knitted Borders

Edges Bordering on Perfection: An Introduction to Knitted Borders with Margaret Radcliffe
Perfect borders can be a pain to pick up. Learn to prepare for borders with neat edges on your knitting and how to pick up perfectly every time. You’ll work swatches with four different types of edges as homework, then in class learn to determine the right number of stitches to pick up for your borders and a variety of ways to pick them up. Be prepared for perfectly elegant borders on all your future garments.
This class is presented in collaboration with John C. Campbell Folk School and Lessonface. Class capacity is 15 students. Registration closes on December 5, 2023. Students are invited to attend a large group Orientation and Closing Ceremony to connect with various classes online.
