Fresh Pasta Making Workshop
Fresh Pasta Making Workshop with Terra Ciotta
Get your hands (and maybe everything else) coated in flour as we make some fresh pasta from scratch. We'll start out simple with some pasta sheets for lasagna, followed by hand cut linguine. Then we'll round out the lesson with some stuffed ravioli. Recipes for sauces, stuffing, and lasagna will be included.
The capacity for this class is 14 students. This class is presented in collaboration with the John C. Campbell Folk School. There will be an optional Orientation and Closing Ceremony hosted from the Folk School campus that students can attend online.
