What a terrific way to start 2023! Join us as we explore new, healthy, winter bread recipes. We'll take the mystery out of making bread and explore wonderful ways to prepare delicious winter loafs. We will explore quick breads, yeast breads, and no knead yeast breads.

The capacity for this class is 24 students. This class is presented in collaboration with the John C. Campbell Folk School. There will be an optional Orientation and Closing Ceremony hosted from the Folk School campus that students can attend online.

Penny Morgan (Prichard) has been involved with teaching cooking to adults since 2000. An accomplished fiber artist, Penny loves to share tips and inspiration with quilters, embroiderers and wool applique fans of all skill levels. Penny has been teaching online courses since 2002. As an instructor for East Carolina University she has taught food labs online to many students.
