Quilters Palette - Sampler of Techniques

Quilters Palette - Sampler of Techniques with Annie Smith

This sampler quilt has 13 blocks of varying skill levels. You will learn three different ways to machine applique, block design drafting and learning to make templates, Y-seam construction, five techniques for paper-piecing a block and so much more with a mix traditional and newly designed block patterns. This class provides consultation, support in between classes and full instruction from choosing your fabrics for the quilt through quilt finishing.

If you’re hesitant to join the class because you know you’ll miss one (or more) of the dates — never fear! All classes will be completely recorded and you won’t miss a thing. There are two weeks in the schedule that are “bye” weeks where you can catch up. If you have ANY questions, please contact Annie.

This small group class is presented in collaboration with John C. Campbell Folk School and Lessonface. Participants should enroll at least two weeks before start to ensure materials kits arrive in time. If registering after this point, your kit may arrive after the first session. Students are invited to attend an optional Orientation and Closing Ceremony to connect with various online Folk School classes.
