Japanese Temari: Focus on Swirls

Japanese Temari: Focus on Swirls with Dana Watson

Explore more of the addictive world of temari (decorative Japanese embroidery on a spherical base) with the deceptively easy but always impressive swirl stitch! Learn a new division for each ball in this series of three designs, progressing from very basic to increasingly complex, to see all the things a swirl can do. Open to confident beginners and up.

This small group class is presented in collaboration with John C. Campbell Folk School and Lessonface. Students are invited to attend an optional Orientation and Closing Ceremony to connect with various online Folk School classes.
