Announcing Our 2023-24 Masterclasses with MET Orchestra Musicians

Lessonface is pleased to announce a new season of masterclasses in collaboration with the MET Orchestra Musicians. During the 2023-24 Season Lessonface will host masterclasses with MET Orchestra Concertmaster Benjamin Bowman (September 24), Principal Viola Milan Milisavljević (September 17), Principal Flute Chelsea Knox (April 21), and Principal Trombone Sasha Romero (February 4).

Since August 2020, Lessonface has hosted 42 free live online masterclasses and events with 51 members of the GRAMMY® Award-winning MET Orchestra coaching more than 70 students performing live from across the US, Puerto Rico, Canada, and 10 countries in Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

The masterclasses are free of charge for participants and viewers, and are intended to inspire advancing artists with performances and feedback between excellent up-and-coming and professional musicians, as well as provide a venue for musicians to make connections from wherever they are. Applications are now open for advanced-level performers. Application deadlines are three weeks before the masterclass date.
