This course is specially designed for learners who wish to prepare and sit for the Grade 1 Music Theory Examination of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM), London; as well as earning prestigious music theory qualifications from the world’s leading music examination board. The course is also suitable for those who have zero or little knowledge in music theory and wish to know more about it for self- enrichment purpose or to complement their practical instrumental studies (any instruments).

Some topics that will be covered, among many others, include time values, rests, notes on the stave, the treble and bass clefs, the scales of C, G, D and F major, and composing an answering rhythm.
