About Introduction to Multi-shaft Weaving with Beth Truesdale (first offering)
Students in this class will experience every aspect of multi-shaft weaving: planning a project, winding warp chains, threading a loom, weaving and finishing. Students will work in a “round robin” format on a variety of four-shaft table and floor looms, weaving mug rugs and hot pads. Different types of looms, shuttles and their features will be discussed.

The class will meet on Wednesday, May 1, from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm, for a total of 6 hours of instruction.
