About Flat Weave Continuous Strand Weaving on a Triangle Loom
This unique flat weave look shawlette is made using a narrow cotton tape yarn with a sparkly carry-along thread.
Prior triloom weaving experience with the cut-strand method is required. Students will be learning how to work with a flat yarn and how to work with 2 strands of yarn at the same time.
Triangle looms will be available for purchase after class.
The capacity for this class is 8 students.

What skills or knowledge do students need to take this workshop?
PREREQUISITE: Intro to Continuous Strand Weaving on a triangle loom. This class will not teach the basic continuous strand technique.
Students may take this class without signing up for the prerequisite if they have already completed one or more continuous weaving projects on a triangle loom.

Amy Roberts Shelton
Amy Shelton is a fiber artist, instructor, and crochet designer. For the last eight years, she has owned SPARKLE Studio, a working and teaching fiber arts studio and local yarn shop located at the historic Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment in Huntsville, AL. She is an expert crocheter who has been crocheting since the age of 9.
